條款和條件
- 門票需求：4歲或以上的客人需要購買門票進場。
- 門票使用須知：客人需現場出示確認電郵紀錄，換領入場手帶。
- 兒童監護：9歲以下的兒童必須由一位成年人陪同進場（該成年人必須購票）。每位成年人最多可以陪同兩位兒童進場，以方便看護和照顧。
- 免責聲明：每位進入Super Sports Park的人士都必須在進場前簽妥免責聲明。18歲以下的人士必須由成年人簽名。
- 憑證兌換期限：需要按照預訂日期及時間內兌換，逾期失效。
- 裝備需求：所有進場的客人都必須穿著在Super Sports Park購買的防滑襪。
- 設施開放時間：對外開放的設施以Super Sports Park售票處旁的告示牌為準。
- 爭議解決：如果出現任何爭議，Super Sports Park Limited保留最終的決定權。
Privacy policy
Super Sports Park (“we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This privacy policy explains how we handle the personal information you provide and how we use cookies.
Information collected: We may collect personal information including, but not limited to, your name, phone number and email address. We may also collect browsing information through cookies.
Use of information: We collect this information to provide and improve our services, manage your orders and communicate our latest news and offers.
Cancellation policy: Once an order is completed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and refunds cannot be requested.
Confidentiality: We protect your personal information. Service providers may process information for the Cloudflare website services, optional Analytics and SSP Customer Comment Service purposes explained in this notice and its app-specific addendum. Those sections describe the relevant providers and information. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Use of cookies: Cookies are small text files stored in your browser, commonly used to remember your preferences and provide a more personalised online experience. We may use cookies to analyse website traffic and understand how customers respond to our website content so that we can improve our services.
Website delivery and performance
We use Cloudflare to host, deliver and protect this website. Cloudflare processes technical request information, which may include IP addresses and traffic-routing information. Existing Cloudflare Web Analytics may also measure page visits and loading performance on supported pages. These services are separate from optional Google Analytics: keeping Google Analytics off does not mean that all hosting or performance processing is disabled. Optional Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics, provided by Google, only with your explicit permission to understand how visitors use these pages and to improve them. It will use cookies and send Google browsing and technical information, including pages visited, browser and device information, and cookie-based identifiers. It will not be used for advertising or remarketing, and will not send our enquiry-form contents or SSP account identifiers.
These pages provide equally available “Accept analytics” and “Reject analytics” choices. Google Analytics stays off until you explicitly accept. Rejecting does not affect booking or use of the website. “Analytics settings” lets you change your choice or withdraw permission for future collection; withdrawal also clears applicable Analytics cookies. Your choice is remembered on this browser for up to 180 days. If the choice cannot be saved, Analytics stays off. Reading this notice does not record consent.
Google handles information under its Privacy Policy. This optional feature applies to the redesigned pages listed above. Other existing pages and the separate booking website may use their own cookies and systems; this notice does not claim that all cookies or tracking across those services are disabled.
