How do I get to Super Sports Park?
Take the MTR to Olympic Station and leave through Exit A2 towards Olympian City 1. Walk towards The Olympian Hong Kong and One SilverSea; the walk takes about 10 minutes.
You can also take a bus or minibus to Island Harbourview Bus Terminus, then walk for about 8 minutes.
Directions & walking guideWhat are the opening hours and entry sessions?
The park opens daily from 10:00 to 21:00. Entry is divided into three sessions: 10:00–13:00, 13:30–17:30 and 18:00–21:00. Last admission for the evening session is 19:30.
Please arrive on time for your booked session to make the most of your play time. Opening hours may change without prior notice.

There are no regular closing days, but the park may close to the public for private events. Check our website and social media, or contact the team on WhatsApp at 9716 5576 for details.
Can individual attractions be closed?
Some facilities may close in special circumstances without prior notice. Please check the noticeboard beside the front desk on the day of your visit for the latest closures.
Where can I park? Are there parking offers?
The nearest car park is at Olympian City 1. One SilverSea’s car park is for residents only. The mall currently does not offer parking concessions.
Directions & walking guideCan babies and young children enter?
Yes. Children under 4 do not need a ticket, but must be accompanied by a paying adult. Some facilities have height requirements. Ask our staff at the park or contact us on WhatsApp at 9716 5576 for details.
Do I need to wear SSP grip socks?
Yes. Everyone entering the park, including children under 4 who do not need a ticket, must wear Super Sports Park grip socks. They cost HK$30 per pair and can be reused. Bring them on your next visit so you do not need to buy another pair.
Must I complete a waiver before entering?
Yes. All visitors must complete and sign a waiver before entering. An adult must complete it on behalf of anyone under 18.
If that adult is not the child’s parent or guardian, they must inform the parent or guardian that the child will be visiting the park that day.
Are lockers available, and how much do they cost?
Paid lockers are available: HK$50 for a large locker and HK$30 for a small locker. After registering and collecting your wristband at the front desk, ask a member of staff to rent one. Locker availability is limited.
Can I store large luggage or a stroller?
Tell a member of staff when you arrive if you have large luggage; it can be stored at reception and collected when you leave. For strollers, ask the front desk where to store them, then collect yours before leaving.
The park is not responsible for any loss. We recommend keeping valuables in a paid locker.
Can strollers and wheelchairs enter the park?
Strollers cannot be taken into the park and must be stored in the designated area following staff instructions.
Wheelchairs are welcome. Depending on the activity, some facilities cannot be used while in a wheelchair.
Is there a baby-care room?
There is no baby-care room in the park, but baby-changing facilities are available. Please ask the front desk if you need assistance.
Can I bring drinks into the park?
To keep the park clean, water is the only drink you may bring inside. Please use the rest area outside the park if you would like to eat or drink.
What should I do if I lose something?
Ask the front desk for help as soon as possible. If you only notice the loss after leaving the park, contact our team on WhatsApp at 9716 5576.

Weekdays: 10:00–13:00 HK$210; 13:30–17:30 HK$250; 18:00–21:00 HK$190; full-day ticket HK$368.
Weekends and public holidays: 10:00–13:00 HK$260; 13:30–17:30 HK$290; 18:00–21:00 HK$210; full-day ticket HK$388.
The same prices apply to everyone aged 4 or above. Each ticket admits one person.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards and electronic payments. Accepted cards include Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and UnionPay. Electronic payments include WeChat Pay, Alipay, Octopus and UnionPay QuickPass.
Are there age or height requirements for activities?
Some facilities have age or height requirements. Please contact the team on WhatsApp at 9716 5576 about the activities you would like to try.
The park has a ball pool, mini climbing area and ninja obstacle course for younger children. A parent or guardian must accompany children while they play.
Can children enter without an adult?
Children under 9 must be accompanied and supervised by a ticket-holding adult aged 18 or above. Each adult may accompany no more than two children per session.
Do accompanying adults need a ticket?
Yes. Adults accompanying or supervising children need an admission ticket and must wear SSP grip socks. Everyone aged 4 or above needs a ticket to enter.
Can I buy a ticket when I arrive?
Yes, tickets can be purchased at the park. The park may be closed for private events, so we recommend booking online or checking our latest updates before travelling.
What does a standard admission ticket include?
A standard ticket includes access to over 20 games. Food, drinks and classes are not included.
Laser Tag costs an additional HK$20 per person for 8 minutes. The racing simulator costs an additional HK$38 per person for 15 minutes.
Are membership passes available?
Yes. Membership plans offer admission-pass benefits or exclusive discounts for regular visitors. See the Membership Pass page for the available plans and their details.

Completed orders are non-refundable. If illness or other special circumstances prevent you from visiting, you can reschedule.
If you bought through a third-party platform, contact that platform and follow its terms for changes or refunds. Discounted tickets may not be refundable or changeable. If you booked through the SSP website, contact our team on WhatsApp at 9716 5576.

No park admission ticket is required to visit SSP Café. Each person must order at least one food or drink item. The dining time limit is 60 minutes.
What are the café opening hours?
Monday–Thursday: 10:00–20:00, with last orders at 19:30.
Friday–Sunday and public holidays: 10:00–21:00, with last orders at 20:00.
Can I reserve a table? Is there a service charge?
Reservations are available on weekdays, excluding public holidays. Call 5129 9436 to reserve a table. A 10% service charge applies to dine-in orders.
Can I bring my own food or drinks to the café?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except baby food.
Can I hold a party at SSP?
Yes. Multipurpose rooms and VIP rooms are available for parties. Visit the party page, or contact the team on WhatsApp at 9716 5576 to discuss your plans.
